Alisa DiCaprio, a representative from the blockchain software firm R3 has been appointed to the Trade Finance Advisory Council (TFAC), by the US Secretary of Commerce, Wilbur Ross.
The crypto and blockchain heavyweight, is the head of the trade and supply chain at R3. She joins 20 other industry leaders, all appointed to the TFAC as well, from various industries including banking, finance, and trade.
The company that DiCaprio is coming from developed Corda and Corda Enterprises, a open source blockchain allowing businesses to transact directly, seamlessly and securely.
