Soups Ranjan, director of data science and risk systems for Coinbase, has announced through twitter and a Medium blog that he has officially parted ways with the company after 3 1/2 years on the team.

In his blog, Ranjan covers many of the positive things he experienced while working at Coinbase. He covers the principles that he says guided the team during his time there. These include positive energyl, efficient execution, clear communication and continuous learning.
He also covers some of the adversity he and the company faced, like issues with ID verification during the 2017 bull run. Ultimately he feels these times taught him invaluable skills in problem solving.
